It's the end of the world as we know it..

Hello guys!
It's been a super long time since I've blogged at all! Sorry about that!
So right now I'm dreading the next two weeks of my life more than I've ever dreaded anything.
My boyfriend, the man I am so ridiculously attached to and madly in love with, will be leaving for college in exactly 12 days. He will be 100 miles away, an hour and a half drive. Although I'm aware it's not the end of the world, it's kind of feeling like it. I just can't fathom what it will be like to not be able to see him whenever I want. When I'm having a bad day, he won't be able to pop up and give me a hug to make me feel better. What makes it do-able is knowing that many couples have had to make it work at a distance. I think about all the military men and women that have had to struggle through deployment and all that. If they can make it, why can't we? It makes for a better story to have a conflict.
The bright side to this tragedy is my precious little girl. The beau and I bought a puppy together, and we are totally in love with her. Macy is my little sunshine. She'll stay with me, and we'll Skype with her daddy and all that adorable stuff.
So if you guys don't mind keeping our struggle in your prayers, and if you have anything you'd like me to pray about for you, let me know.

I NEED FOLLOWERS.

I feel very depressed when I look at my follower list..because it's just my other blog account and my boyfriend. COME ON PEOPLE. I am such a loser.
  So what should I talk about today? Now that I've been on a nice, long hiatus? Well....how about we talk about my puppy!
Her name is Macy! I got her a few weeks ago. I adopted her from the local animal shelter when she was 4 months old. I am pretty positive that she is part feist. If anyone has any better idea, let me know. We just know she's some sort of mutt. Apparently they call that being a 'Heinz 57'.

It's Been Awhile..

Well hey there! I haven't posted in a super long time! I am currently up to my eyeballs in AP Psychology review material for the exam we have Monday. I haven't had any spare time lately. Only enough to catch up on my new favorite show "Hannibal", which is a priority, believe me. I mean, come on. There's something slightly addictive about the psychotic side of Hugh Dancy. I'm hooked. And I recommend anyone with a strong stomach to check it out. I used to be totally whiney about blood and guts and all that, but one day the switch was flipped and it no longer bothers me in the slightest. Weird, huh? I guess I have to be okay with it because of my future career. Oh well. Here's a little evidence for why I'm a new "Hannibal" fan...

Maybe that is a little bit creepy. But who are you to judge? I love it, and I suggest everyone go Youtube it.


  So I'm currently chilling here in Psych class. I guess I could be doing something more productive, but I decided that I had to get something on my blog for my few fans to read. I'm still curious where these 280-something page views have come from. Apparently I have some German, FRENCH and Russian readers. Well hello guys! Guten tag! Privet! Bonjour!!
And now it is time to say goodbye! I would Google translate that, too...but I'm too lazy!

Bond...James Bond.

Hey guys! 

It's been a while! I wanted to show you what I've been up to lately. That lovely prom I've mentioned, well it finally has come and gone! Here's a glimpse at the magical night I had, with a handsome date. My boyfriend and I are huge fans of James Bond, and we decided to have a theme photoshoot. Although we hired a professional photographer, these are amateur photos that we have available to share. I think we definitely should win the originality award!

This is a quote that I really like. I plan on majoring in criminal justice in college, and I'm frequently faced with the question "Won't you be scared?". Most people consider facing 'bad guys' every day as a frightening way to make a living. I would agree that it could be scary, but it's my passion. I would rather 'fight crime' than be a teacher, a doctor, a vet, or anything else. I have a desire to stand up to all the criminals out there. I have a particular interest in children's rights. I hate the thought of a child being beaten or hurt by anyone. It positively breaks my heart. I want to be the voice for neglected little babies, and I want to put the people that cause them pain in the slammer. So, there you go..a little glimpse into my mind. What do you guys want to do? And for what reason? Share a little bit about yourselves with me, too. This is another type of love I have in my life, and I'm curious what forms of love other people have in theirs'..

Don't you just love love?!

  Hey everyone!
My pageviews are through the roof! How fun is that? Out of my boredom I've decided to start giving some advice for couples. Not that I'm any kind of expert, but I feel like I, personally, am a very self aware person and I can give boys a glimpse into the mind of the female. And so here we go, things a boyfriend should or shouldn't do for his lady.

1. Do NOT by any means EVER bring up an ex. That goes both ways. It is awkward and offensive. Just don't do it.
2. Be emotional. Girls prefer for guys to open up. If you care about her, then tell her. Don't keep everything in..
3. Remember that the little things matter. Holding her hand, kissing her forehead, holding the door, and all this stuff. Actions speak louder than words, as they say.
4. Try your best when you're on a date to give your significant other your undivided attention. If I've learned anything from my relationship, it's that you should stay off your phone and off Twitter and all that! My boyfriend really gets upset by that. Not that yours will care, but still be considerate. If it's a must-do, make the activity something you can do together (like an online game or look up puppies you both like or something). Yeah, my date nights often consist of puppy hunts.
5.  There's the cardinal rule that you should never, ever, ever, ever break ever! Don't say anything about her weight! EVER! Don't suggest that she should work out or go running (it's different if that's a common activity you do together). If it could make her self-conscious and make her think that you don't like how she looks, then do not say it! Be smart!!
6. GIRL-GUY FRIENDSHIPS NEVER WORK! I don't care who you are, one of the two ALWAYS has feelings for the other. They may not show it, they may not even admit it to themself, but one of them wants to be with the other. I promise. Just trust me. So if you are a guy that is thinking of asking a girl out and you also have a girl for a bestfriend, it's time to make a decision. I'm not saying kick the friend to the curb, but put some distance in between you. It will make life easier for you, and it will make the girlfriend more comfortable. 
7.  Every girl wants a guy that will send sweet texts to her. The winner is a 'goodmorning beautiful' text. That will win her over. No doubt about it. 
8.  Be clear about your intentions. If you're looking for something serious, say it. If you only want a fling, then definitely make sure that is known!

Most importantly, just know that a happy relationship is one where you adore each other. I wish for all of you the pure happiness and love that I have found!

  Is it weird to say that I am totally obsessed with Justin Timberlake?? I mean, have you seen him? In case you are hesitant to agree with my infatuation, look at his face.

I have to say that my favorite thing about him is how madly in love he is with his gorgeous wife Jessica Biel. You can totally tell that he's crazy about her. I admire that quality most in a man. When they are not afraid and not too proud to show the emotional side they have towards their lady. It's precious. So thanks, JT. It's a very admirable quality of yours. You're a keeper, dear.

*Side note: I'm trying to convince my man to do his hair like JT's^ for prom. He would be oh soooo sexy!

Hey guys!

It's taken a few days, but I'm back! I have a lot on my mind tonight, so this may be interesting.
The title of this post is also the title of my current favorite song. Enrique Iglesias, the very energetic, sensual Hispanic singer is one of my favorites. This song just takes me to another world. The video is pretty raunchy, but I like it. "In this crazy world of choices, I've only got a few, either you're coming with me, or I'm coming with you 'cause I finally found, I finally found you" Is that not unbelievably realistic? To me, it's literally straight out of my scenario. This world is freaking crazy.. but amongst all this insanity is my rock. My anchor. My love. And regardless what happens, he's coming with me. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Wanna see something positively precious? Well here you go! This little guy is a French bulldog puppy. I would be willing to cut off my left arm to have one of these. Unfortunately, they run close to a grand! My boyfriend will be going to college in August, and as a departing gift he is buying me a puppy. So sweet, huh? I'm excited to be a 'mommy' but it will be a super sad time in my life. I don't know that I'm strong enough to handle him leaving. It'll be a really hard two years. That's the downside to dating an older guy I guess. But I don't mind; it will be worth it when we are finally back together!
